Our goal is to provide healthy companion pets that will give and receive love for many happy years.  Although many of our Pondview Puppies are breeding and show quality we do not guarantee them as such.   Any Pondview Puppy that expires from a congenital defect and or deformity (with which a puppy is born) that may interfere with the Pondview Puppy’s longevity or cause a life of pain and suffering is warranted for 180 days from date of birth.  A Pondview Puppy that expires from Parvo will be replaced (ONLY) if death occurs within 2 weeks from date of purchase. After 2 weeks puppy will NOT be replaced from Parvo related death. This replacement does not apply to our retired program,    Full replacement will be made only after a notarized letter from your Veterinarian, that includes the visits and records of immunizations and an autopsy report to determine the cause of death, and the registration papers are returned to Pondview Pups.  We also require from the vet his or her medical ID number in the letter. We do require the Pondview Puppy be taken to the Vet of your choice within 5 days of purchase, with a letter of verification of visit sent back to Pondview Pups.   Retired and Rescue puppy/dog will have an uptodate vaccinations, rabies, worming and will have a cerificate of veterinary inspection within 10 days before they leave.  Once new owner recieves Dog/Puppy Pondview Pups is not longer responsible for any further medical bills. We have a $50.00-$150.00 Fee to cover vaccinations, worming and vet check. Retired and Rescue Doggies/Puppies are sold as pets only "NO PAPERS".   As pet owners, you realize that costs arise with purchasing a new pet and we, the Breeder, are not responsible for any costs that arise from the purchase of your Pondview Puppy.     Once a Pondview Puppy is 8 weeks old seller will hold puppy for buyer with a $150.00 No- Refund down payment.
